Patient with Biopsy of right breast cancer. Patient had silicone breast implants 20 years previously. Patient underwent immediate reconstruction with a tissue expander and a breast lift of the left breast for symmetry. Patient underwent replacement of the expander with a permanent silicone implant and then right nipple reconstruction with areola tattooing. Note that the breast lift and mastectomy scars have started to fade nicely.
