Preoperative view of a patient with a right breast cancer. She underwent immediate reconstruction of the right breast with a tissue expander and at the same time had an augmentation of the left breast with a silicone implant for symmetry. She underwent replacement of the expander with a permanent silicone implant and then had the nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
